It is not possible to be totally over a heartbreak.

It is a nice feeling to remember good things and great moments about people we lost. No matter how far away they've gone from us, the marks they left will always be within us. Instead of crying over what is not anymore, we should be indulging ourselves with what could still be. The world is full of possibilities, it is only a matter of believing something could happen. Things can be darn painful, like our life is falling apart and we are all alone, but we can choose to end our misery. Our past is part of our story. It is not just who we used to be, it is how we became who we are right now.

We never forget those nights when we only wanted to die or disappear after losing someone very important, we just find another reason to be alive on our own. We never forget how much happiness it used to be with them, we just learn happiness in a different way. They say no one dies from a broken heart, we all learn to let go and move one. From whatever pieces remain, we build a whole new self. If not, we learn to work our way slowly out of the things that does not feel good. We are not happy because we've found someone else to fill the gaping hole somebody else produced; we are happy because we found the strength to move on from the loss and be with other people again. People always come and go, no matter how good or loving we think we are to them. We don't have to understand the reason for being lonely, or for being left behind, we can be plain crazy for all they know. What we need to do is own our pain and crush it in our hands. What we need to do is place our faith in ourselves and know that the answer is nowhere around, it is within us.

"Happiness comes most easily when you know what you’re doing, believe in what you’re doing, and love what you’re doing (and who you’re doing it with), regardless of how things turn out."

We are on the right track.

No matter how hard we try to please others, we will always be too much of something to people who simply don't like us -- too  noisy, too dressy, too demanding, too sensitive, too weak, too much attention-seeker. It does not mean we are bad, it only means we are not perfect, which means we are living life the way everybody else does). Nobody has the right to be perfect; it is all according to plan. There is no standard way to live a life. Even until death, no one in history has perfected doing it. Yeah, we're on the right track.

We are not required to make people happy, but it is a must for us to share the joy we experience everyday. We don't need to know everything, still, ignorance is never an excuse. We do not need to feel it all, but it is good to have an idea of what something feels like.

People who keep on giving us limitations are most likely those who are scared to to be out on the world on their own. Never let them make you feel like you can't do something just because they are scared to give it a try. Whenever we deny ourselves the experience because of fear to go out of the comfort zone, we deny ourselves of so much more. I understand that comfort zone is safe, uncomplicated, known. Cons? There is too little to learn (if any) and there is too little excitement (if any).

If trying does not give good results, do not give up. Keep repeating it to yourself: Do not give up, do not give up, do not give up. Going back to our comfort zones will not make any difference, it is only an excuse to be a failure instead of being a fighter. Life is a journey. A comfort zone sounds like a place where people go in circles, and staying in it does not sound like life at all. Always move forward, there is a great place out there waiting for your discovery.

Positive vibes are everywhere. Keep smiling!

The best things in life come for free. Raindrops in slow motion.  The rainbow that comes after. A warm smile from a stranger. The sound of a baby singing her first nursery rhyme. A colorful ice cream cone. Children with improvised instruments singing Christmas carols. It is not necessary to spend too much money or effort just to have a grand moment. Some people find it difficult to be happy because they never stop wanting more. And when that "more" is reached, they would want something else entirely different. The cycle continues and instead of being content and happy, this practice only sucks out body, mind and soul energy.

What they do not realize is that we are the one who creates our happiness. It is our choice and not other people's fault. It is no one's responsibility to make us happy. It is nobody's fault if we are not. No matter how perfect a person's life is, it will always be a combination of ups and downs. We do not get used to being sad or miserable; we just learn how to deal with it and move on.

I agree, people who see life as the most precious gift are always the happiest. Positive vibes are everywhere. Keep smiling!

Life cannot be summarized in hash tags.

I've been telling my subordinates to take it one day at a time. Today for now, worry about tomorrow once it comes. There is so much happening at the moment and I don't really think worrying about the future, near or far, helps us sort things out. Sometimes, everything gets messed up and it becomes harder for us to catch up.

For this, I learned a secret that most happy and successful people are probably doing. Pause. Take a deep breathe. Eat your comfort food. Excercise. Take a bath. Sleep. It won't hurt for us to try again and again until we finally conquer whatever it is that's making life unpleasant. Also, do not forget to smile. It never fails to make a difference.
